What is SpatialKey?
SpatialKey is a cloud‑based geospatial analytics platform built for P&C insurers, providing a unified view of hazard, exposure, and loss data to support better underwriting and portfolio decisions. It integrates data from more than 70 hazard and event providers, allowing users to assess risks such as floods, hurricanes, and wildfires in an intuitive, map‑driven interface.
The platform offers tools like geospatial analysis, heat maps, real‑time data integration, and customizable dashboards, helping insurers streamline workflows and quickly identify risk patterns across their books of business. It’s widely used by carriers, brokers, and MGAs to improve risk assessment, manage catastrophe exposure, and respond more effectively to events with automated alerts and rapid impact analysis.
