Standard Login
When you first access SpatialKey, you’ll see the login page where you can enter your credentials:
- Navigate to your organization’s SpatialKey URL
- Enter your email address and password
- Click the login button to access the platform
If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot password?” to receive password reset instructions via email.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Many organizations use Single Sign-On for enhanced security and convenience. If your organization has SSO enabled:
- Required SSO: You’ll be automatically redirected to your organization’s SSO provider
- Optional SSO: You’ll see a “Use single sign-on” link on the login page that you can click to authenticate through your SSO provider
Once authenticated through SSO, you’ll automatically be logged into SpatialKey without entering separate credentials. Contact us about enabling SSO.
Two‑Factor Authentication (2FA)
SpatialKey does not offer a separate or dedicated two‑factor authentication (2FA) login process. If your organization requires enhanced authentication security, we recommend implementing Single Sign‑On (SSO), which can incorporate your identity provider’s 2FA or MFA requirements.
If you’re interested in adding this additional layer of security, please contact us about enabling SSO for your organization.
Session Management
After logging in, your session remains active so you can work without interruption. The system verifies your session automatically when you return to the application. If your session expires (typically after a period of inactivity), you’ll be prompted to log in again.
